  Fabulous experience! Went to buy new vacuum. Monique was a godsend. She was knowledgeable about the products. Excellent info on cleaning shag rugs. What products to use to clean the carpet that are pet friendly. Offered to order products that were not in store. Dennis rang me up and offered a tip to staple the receipt to the warranty. That way I would have it when I needed it. They took very good care of me.

  I was returning a defective item purchased from BB&B online. The store employees could not have been more helpful! I am super-impressed and feel like I want to go back and buy something, even if I don't need it, just to express my appreciation. Rated 6 Stars = service above & beyond.
