Kevin made sure to answer all my questions and allowed us plenty of time to make our selection. His actions resulted in me moving from a TV special to buying a premiere TV, which my family and myself have truly enjoyed. Just a quick note, Kevin never pushed me to a TV we did not need. I will definitely go back to the Big Screen store for our next TV purchase. Kevin is a definite superstar who standouts with his customer service.
