  Not pleased with service. I took a laptop in to the service twice. First, they tried to fix a bad hard drive and never replaced it. They were very slow and hard drive was not replaced. Had to take it in for the same service. This time they replaced the hard drive. Ended up sending close to $500 for both services. Not customer friendly. Talks to customers like a know it all. I could have bought a brand new laptop for that price.

  Absolutely loved the staff!! Beyond helpful and even showed me something new.... I will definitely be coming back whenever I need a computer fix! Great place to go
