  I want to preface this message by saying I do not typically write reviews of a vendor. However, my experience with Elite has been exceedingly positive and beyond any of my expectations I felt required to both review and give them my highest recommendation. My wife and I had made a purchase several months ago. We had a hiccup with the transaction and were initially not happy with what we received. The staff at Elite was professional and spent a lot of time working with us to find a solution. Ultimately, the owner of the company got involved, refunded our initial purchase entirely (despite a stated policy of no refunds for the type of work we had done) and offered us a beautiful replacement at a significant discount, spending a lot of time and care working with us on finding the right piece. All of this was offered after I had already agreed to just a partial refund, meaning they chased me down to make me satisfied...even if it meant addition costs for them. Elite was responsive, understanding and went way beyond what I would ever expect a vendor to do for a customer. The management cares...the owner cares and had personally spent hours of his time working directly with us on our purchase. Early into our dealings with Elite, I saw some of the negative reviews online, which admittedly made me a bit nervous. However, while I can't speak for what happened years ago when most of these reviews were written, I can say emphatically that this is company possesses the highest integrity and that they way they catered to my wife and I have made us lifelong customers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Trust is important when buying jewelry and you can trust this company.
