I had such high hopes for this place but it was just awful. The customer service was horrible. First, I asked the sales associate behind the counter (who was on her phone) to please show me a few necklaces. She proceeeded to have an attitude as if I was bothering her. Next, she left the necklace forms on the counter and I decided I didn't want any so I walked over to the other jewelry case. I left the necklaces right there as I didn't want to interrupt her complaining session to another lady about how another employee rearranged the jewelry case and messed everything up. Lastly, she saw that I left the necklace forms with the necklaces on the counter and looked over at me and said, "UMMM," with a snarky tone that I had taken something. I lifted my hands up and proceeded to tell her that I had nothing. There were several more pieces in the jewelry case that I wanted to look at but that experience was so god awful that I decided against it and left. Very upsetting.

The worst out of the 3 good shepard alliance thrift stores, but that is not saying much. Thrift stores are suppose to help people in the community that are less fortunate or hit a rough patch in their lives, helping them to afford common household items, clothing, toiletries, etc. This place on the other hand does exactly the opposite of that. With high prices on pretty much everything you are better off shopping at outlet stores, they will actually be cheaper. Known fact after talking to some employees they told me how they price about 50 percent of their items. Shocker, they look up prices on ebay and price according to what the item is selling for, not to mention they have an ebay store where they sell the higher end items, not even letting the community that they are suppose to be helping have a chance of buying it in store. I get the store needs a profit to maintain operation, but when everything is donated there is no need to be so greedy with the prices. Just another "Christian" thrift store cashing in on donated items. Go to the thrift stores not associated with good shepard alliance. There are plenty of them around the area.
