He gave me his time to figure out what part I needed for my lawnmower. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through the process of finding the correct part. This was not a big sale, but I was treated as a VIP customer because of the time and attention I received. I have always received great customer service on previous visits to Lawn and Leisure, and I will keep coming back!
