I understand MSI is a distributor but thought they would be helpful to homeowners who are building 2,000sf patios and may want to use their product. They are not. There was a woman who was condescending who was at the desk and had no answers whatsoever. I would look towards Nikoloc and Techo-bloc and avoid these folks unless they get their act together. They have lost my business.
