  The store manager Farah Eatedali is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't respect Customers neither other employees. The way she acts with customers is really inappropriate. She ignore customers questions and blame other employees in-front of customers to show herself better. she doesn't know anything about the management neither good customer service.I, my family, and couple of my friends stop going to Marshall store in Sterling because we don't want to be disrespected by her bad attitude and poor management.One of my friend heard from another employee of the same store that Farah Eatedali hide some of the good store products for her own family and relative so they can get those product with her discount before other customers has the chance to see them. I hope company does something about it because she brings bad reputation to Marshall store.
