  Worst customer service ever. The staff seems younger than it has been in the past and it has impacted customer service. I was refused tailoring for no other reason than the fact that they are back up because of the season. Seems that was a problem for them a few months ago as well. Here is a tip: if you have heavy volume during certain times of the year, hire more staff during those times of the year. I came with the intent of buying a few pieces for my spring wardrobe. I am open to suggestions to expand my wardrobe, but they had a hard time grasping the simple fact that the ultra tight, ankle cut, skinny look did not appeal to me. They continued to recommend similar styles that they wore themselves because that is what is "in" right now when all i wanted was a classic look. Epic failure from this store and though not earning my money may not shut the doors, I hope my review will have enough weight to make training the staff. For now, I will make the trip to Fair Oaks or Potomac know how to treat a repeat customer.
