  Imagine hiring a pest control company to inspect your house and your garage for termites. You call your real estate agent and tell them that you will not buy the house until it and the garage is inspected for termites. You are told that the house passed inspection. Later, a friend who is an inspector visits the house and points out termite damage. The termite inspector says: oh we never examine a garage. We abide by the WD1 form which says we only have to inspect a garage if it is a VA loan. Really? Really? Here is a company that is in the business of inspecting for termites on a property and they go for some legal answer rather than showing accountability for their work. Extremely disappointed.
