    This store is always understaffed, never has anything in stock, and is always over crowded, for such a small place. It really needs to be expanded. The last time I was in, a girl named sarah was the only one working, and it was a Friday night. I’m only giving this review 4 stars instead of 2, because of the associate, Sarah. She was trying to help me, and four other customers all by herself. She was doing her best, but another customer was yelling at her because a product was out of stock, and the poor girl looked like she was going to cry, I felt so sorry for her. She was very polite, and handled the situation with utmost grace. She helped me find most of what I needed, two of the products I needed were out of stock and have been out of stock for about two weeks now. I’ve worked retail when I was younger, so I know how stressful it can be.

    Had gone to Sephora in Dulles Town Center, the employees were all gossiping loudly with one another while checking me out at the same itme. One particular extremely rude employee was especially apathetic and condescending when I'd asked her a question about preferable primers, glared at me before responding "...okay?" & giving a random (wrong) answer to appease me. This same employee was so distracted when checking me out that she screwed up the transaction and had to have me swipe my card again, resulting in my card getting DOUBLE CHARGED. Nearly $140 total coming out of my account all for some foundation and primer! After going back the next day they said that they couldn't help until the transaction fully processed even though the money was already removed from my account. After all the back and forth with the bank and Sephora throughout the week, a manager had told me to come back with my receipt to have the purchase refunded. Got to Sephora only to be told that this manager was not in the store anymore and my transaction could NOT be refunded!! But I should call them back in about 40 minutes to speak with her when she returns from break. Called back an hour later only to be told that she was still not there! Was put on hold four times and transferred to four different people before being told that I should just wait and see if the transaction refunds on its own. Terrible customer service, 0 out of 10 stars!! The last time I will ever shop at this Sephora!
