    This place is full of scam artists!!!! - I came in on a Saturday to get the store to get the Samsung Galaxy s7. I was told there was a promo to get the Samsung watch for free, I just had to pay $10 a month for the additional data. I was on the fence about it but the sales rep said I could try it for 14 days, and if I didn't like it I could bring it back, no charge. I agreed and they ordered my watch and phone (since they didn't have the colors I wanted in stock). I came back in that Wednesday to pick everything up. I asked a different rep, and a manager, again, that if I chose to not keep the watch, I could just bring it back, no charge, and they said yes. I used the watch for 7 days, and decided that I didn't like it. I went back on on that Wednesday a week later, and expressed to the reps I wanted to return it. They told me that since the watch was ordered, that I had to mail it back myself. Since I was not told that when I picked up the phone I didn't save the packing slip. He told me I could go to the corporate location 10 minutes away and they MIGHT be able to print out a new slip, but probably not. I drove to the other location and the woman I spoke to said she could ship it back for me (YAY!) but that to return the watch would be a $45 restocking fee. The THREE different people on TWO different days that I spoke to never made one mention of a fee. If I had known that I would have NEVER opted to try out the watch. When I called them back both the rep and the manager told me that I could not prove that no one had told me about the $45 fee. One JERK even said "if you knew you didn't want the watch, why would you take it in the first place?" WOW, the nerve of that guy! Finally after giving them a loud piece of my mind, the manager told me he would credit my account $45. So I paid the $45 fee and they told me I could check on the app to see that my next bill would then be $45 cheaper. I told my dad this whole thing since it's his account, and he called AT&T directly. The very nice woman he spoke to said there was NO NOTE on the account to credit him the $45. These people 100% lied to my face multiple times. They are sketchy and scam artists. The woman at the corporate location told me this location is NOT a certified AT&T store, and just sells the products. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. LIARS AND SCAMMERS.

    Christopher was great!! Very polite young man!!! I would definitely recommend friends to go to AT&T and ask for him! He made everything easy and explained everything to the fees!!! Thanks Christopher if I were to ever need something I'll definitely ask for you!!!
