  "you have to call customer service for that" is the only thing you're going to hear. I had 3 different issues and they couldn't help me with any of them.

  Went in to help my parents upgrade from microsoft phones that they had been using for 3 years to iPhone 7s. We were helped by David who was very courteous and efficient, who explained the finances for our monthly bills very clearly as well as more of the modern concepts to my tech-skeptical mother. He also let us know all the promotions that were going on presently, which saved us about $2000 dollars up front and will save us $40 per month on our plan. Switching plans took about as long as you could expect (45 min - 75 min for 4 phones), but that is pretty unavoidable. We left the store with 2 iPhone 7s and 2 iPhone SEs that had already been switched to T-Mobile We decided to switch to T-mobile after seeking out a cheaper plan than AT&T, and found a better deal than we were searching for. The day after, my phone had a different number for some reason. I called the store, they were able to fix it all in around 10 minutes and were very kind over the phone. I would recommend this particular store to anyone seeking to switch to T-mobile because the people we interacted with were incredibly helpful and competent
