  Stay away from terminix. I found a mouse in the house and called them since I have a pest service with them. They sent someone out the next day but also asked if I was interested in an inspector coming out to look as the house and give me a quote on extrusion service. I said yes and they sent Bruce Simonson out. This guy was not an inspector but a sales guy. He started selling their services with even looking at the problem. Said I need to replace attic insulation and that mice are living and making babies up their. He says this with full confidence and gives me a price without looking or measuring my attic. I gave me a price for extrusion service and when I started to negotiate with him he started saying what price are you willing to pay for your kids health and that pissed me off even more. I called another company and they sent a real inspector and he his not find any sign of mice in the attic and his price to fix the attic insulation was half.
