Contractor completed work while we're at work and we come home to find out that the grout color was completely wrong! Called the store and was told that they wouldn't do anything! Said we couldn't get the correct grout because we had used the other grout and we can't return or exchange an open product! Unbelievable! Incompetent! Will never return!!!
