  John (the co-owner) came out to discuss and suggest how the work process should be done and the schedule that it needs to complete the kitchen renovation on the initial visit with us. We proceeded and paid the company the initial deposit of half the total cost. Once it came close to the scheduled date, they didn't show up. They moved our scheduled date and forgot to inform us. Once the work started, they changed up and disagreed on the intial work process that they laid out. The workers that they sent out to do the work did not seem confident in what they are doing. They messed up and damaged the water systems while renovating the kitchen. Their schedule ran over and they were rush at the end, and the quality of work were poor - granite countertop was not fully polished. Nail to the toe-kick popped out after they left. Screws were missing at some locations. They even lost and forgot to bring some of the parts and tools to the work site.
