  THEY TOLD ME THEY WE HELP YOU OUT, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU,SO WHAT THEY DID, NOTHING,ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I BOUGHT A WARRANTY THAT I COULD NEVER USED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO COVER MY SOFAS, AND VC TOLD ME I WAS ON MY OWN, BECAUSE THE SOFAS CAN NOT BE REPAIR AT ALL, EVEN WITH WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM OR DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. ON THE LONG RUN, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU ON ANYTHING WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY AT VALUE CITY PLEASE DO NOT BIY HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM VALUE CITY, DO NOT BUY WARRANTY NAME UNITERS, NO BODY WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE ON YOUR FURNITURE, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY TOLD ME MY SOFA ARE MADE FROM LEATHER, THEY ARE NOT, SO THE WARRANTY DO NOT COVERED IT BECAUSE VALUE CITY IS SELLING FAKE LEATHER.   Imagine opening up a line of credit with Value City for, what you thought was a deal, 36 months interest free. Your credit was run and an account was opened. Your first bill never arrives because it was mailed it to the wrong address. Your first delivery is missing your $1100 dining room table. The third delivery, 50+ days later, finally arrives and two of the four pieces to your $1500 sofa are damaged. A $200 in-store credit is all the store manager can offer to fulfill your July 3 purchase by the middle of October. DON'T imagine this. DON'T SHOP @ Value City. There is no value here just poor customer support and service. The managements office here should be renamed SORRY CITY
