  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR RINGS TO THIS LOCATION!! I went in 3 weeks ago for my 6 month diamond inspection. As the woman is inspecting my ring she then goes 'UH OH'. She shows me diamonds are lose on my band and engagement ring. She advises me they have to be sent off for repair. She took down my name and email address and said I would be receiving pictures and updates on my ring. I NEVER RECEIVED pictures or an update. I decided to go back to the store and check on my rings. The women all said that their system was down but they can 'assure me' my rings are okay. UM, OKAY. A few days later we got a phone call my rings were ready. I went to pick them up and yes, my ring was shiny and ready. But, it looked off to me. They assured me everything was fine. I left. When I went outside one of my diamonds looked super dark. I called them and they told me it was 'the way he had to reprong them' um okay. I felt uneasy. I decided to take my ring to the original store my husband bought it at. The woman put it under the microscope. She asked 'did you lose a diamond?' I said NO. She said well, it has been replaced with a blue diamond. WHAT?!?! Then she checked my engagement ring and stones were LOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am LIVID!!!!!!!! Do NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR RING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will steal your diamonds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  be careful to come to this place, a felon charged SM can get real nasty when it comes to customer service if she doesn't want or can't help you. CUSTOMER BEWARE AND FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SAFETY.
